Jeannette began studying piano at age 5 and completed her Grade VIII RCM under Rose Arbogast. She won various awards along the way.  In her early 20's she began writing her own songs and performed as a solo artist as well as in bands and clubs and folk festivals.  She then moved to British Columbia and studied jazz piano in Nelson, B.C. She began teaching in the year 2000 and can teach all genres of music, such as classical, jazz, blues and contemporary pop music.

Jeannette has experience teaching all age groups.  She takes an individualized approach to each student and implements fun games and activities into lessons.  She believes music is a great way to express oneself and that it is something that you can enjoy throughout your life.  She enjoys sharing her love of music and looks forward to meeting her new students.
